ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.49 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rameswaram Town Police Station, Rameswaram.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein are A3 and A4. Now, the matter has been compromised in between A1 to A4 and the defacto complainant in Crl.OP(MD)No.4734 of 2023. The very same petitioners, already filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.4734 of 2023 along with A1 & A4 and the same was ended in compromise vide order dated 23.03.2023. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
