Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's claim for notional promotion as District Registrar for the panel of the year 2015-2016, on which his juniors have been promoted, with all consequential monetary benefits by considering the representation dated 27.01.2018. The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider his claim for notional promotion, as District Registrar, for the panel of the year 2015-2016, on which his juniors have been promoted, with all consequential monetary benefits, by considering his representation, dated 27.01.2018.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

Mr.B.Janath Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2018 is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the Authority concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.01.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
