This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to provide water connection and assign door number to the petitioner's residential house by access house tax situated in Survey No.746/5A in Chenbagaraman Puthoor Village, Sahaya Nagar Panchayat, Thovaalai Taluk Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
