ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant found the cell phones tower, batteries, Generator, A/c and electrical equipments found missing and hence he gave the complaint.
3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that three similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.7606 of 2023 similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
