ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2024, on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi to the Family Court, Karur.

2.The respondent husband has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi. The petitioner wife has preferred the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition.
3.After hearing the parties, this Court referred the case for mediation. In the mediation, the parties have settled the issue and have filed a joint compromise memo before the mediation. 4.Based on the said joint compromise memo, a compromise award has been passed by the mediation centre. The same is recorded. The joint compromise memo and the mediation report shall form part and parcel of this order. Based on the joint compromise memo and the award passed by the mediation centre, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
5.However, the parties are directed to file a mutual consent divorce application before the Sub Court, Aranthangi. On submission of application, the same may be considered by the Sub Court, Aranthangi, without waiting for cooling period. The Sub Court, Aranthangi, shall complete the process within a period of one month from the date of filing 2/4
of the application.
