ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute of the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.06.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
