Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to revise the petitioner's property tax assessment rate on par with other property tax assessment in the same locality by adhering to the principle of equality as enshrined under Article 14 of the Constitution of India within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
