ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to exempt the petitioners from paying the Court fee of Rs.9,273/- in the above appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they have paid the Court fee and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the regular course.
