ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4369 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025.

2. Mr.G.Thiruvarutselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 22 days.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4369 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025 is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town Police Station (West), Dindigul weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
