ORDER
The petitioner's complaint is that he is owning the petition mentioned land measuring about six Acres and that the respondents have created an obstruction. The petitioner wants the said obstruction to be removed.
2.I am of the view that the petitioner should rather file civil suit to workout his remedy. Filing of the writ petition is misconceived. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the writ petitioner to file civil suit. No costs.
