Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take the 100% of the part time service rendered by the petitioner i.e., from 20.01.1984 to 01.04.1990 along with the regular service for pensionary benefits.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take the 100% of the part time service rendered by the petitioner i.e., from 20.01.1984 to 01.04.1990 along with the regular service for pensionary benefits.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, concerned respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.08.2017 in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediments to do so.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
