ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.07 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by order dated 13.10.2017, in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.13953 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and execute sureties within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. CRL OP(MD). No.9514 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation was over and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.48 of 2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that now the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.48 of 2020 hence, this second petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
