ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned proceedings in Ka.V.No. 42/2014 dt. 25.03.2014 and UAC No. 10/2014 dt. 01.04.2014, issued by the first respondent with consequential direction to the respondent to process the building plan approval application.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
