ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.142 of 2018,, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been detained as Goonda. 3.Recording the said submission this criminal original petition is dismissed at this stage.
