Respondent in both petitions/Defendant COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor to expedite the trial in O.S.No.112 of 2014 and O.S.No.176 of 2014 respectively, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.Selvan in both cases COMMOM ORDER Invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has approached this Court with these Civil Revision Petitions, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.112 of 2014 and O.S.No.176 of 2014 respectively as expeditiously as possible preferably within a time, which may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.T.Selvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both revision petitions and perused the averments of the grounds of these Civil Revision Petitions.

3. It appears that the revision petitioner herein, has filed the suits in O.S.No.112 of 2014 and O.S.No.176 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor and the same has been unnecessarily and periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of these Civil Revision Petitions.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the related facts and circumstances, this Court is of view that in the interest of Justice it may be expedient to issue a direction to the trial Court, as sought for by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. The learned principal District Munsif, Valliyoor is hereby directed to dispose the suits in O.S.No.112 of 2014 and O.S.No.176 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without loss of further time.
