O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received complaint from the 3rd respondent and based on that complaint, they have called the petitioners for enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioners. However, they will conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision within a period of 15 days. 4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition without issuing notice to the private respondent.

5.Since the respondent police denied the alleged harassment stated by the petitioner and the representation of the petitioner and the complaint of the 3rd respondent are pending for enquiry, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law and after affording opportunities to both parties. 6.With the above directions, this petition stands disposed of. 22.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No PNM To 1.The Commissioner of Police, O/o.The Commissioner of Police, Madurai City.
