O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was conducted and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam on 07.08.2020.

4. Since the final report itself has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration. However, there shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9749 of 2020 direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam to look into the matter and process the final report at the earliest and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
