ORDER

Aggrieved by the refusal of the Panchayat to receive the property tax from the Petitioner, the Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to receive the property tax in respect of the building in Door Nos.170,170/1, 172 and 174 in Ponnamaravathi Selection Grade Panchayat, Pudukkottai District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

hence the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also produced receipts for payment of property tax for the years 201415, 2015-16 and 2016-17 and in view of the same, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
