Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to grant permission to conduct Cricket Tournament which will be held on 28.07.2018 and 29.07.2018 at "T.M.Nagar near Sankar J.C.P.Office, Ward No.28, Madurai North, Madurai-107 and to give necessary police protection to the said Cricket Tournament. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct Cricket Tournament which will be held on 28.07.2018 and 29.07.2018 at "T.M.Nagar near Sankar J.C.P.Office, Ward No.28, Madurai North, Madurai-107 and to give necessary police protection to the said Cricket Tournament.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct Cricket Tournament and therefore, nothing survives for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
