3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that petition enquiry was conducted in Crime No.128 of 2022 and the same was closed as 'further action dropped'. Therefore, the prayer in these petitions have become infructuous.
