This writ petition was filed by the petitioner for forbearing the sixth respondent from continuing the quarrying activities. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent states that as the petitioner has since sold her lands to the sixth respondent on 21.09.2020, this cause of action may not survive. 3.Recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent, this writ petition stands closed.
