The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and fix four boundary stones in respect of petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.184/1A situated at Perur Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made an application for survey on 22.01.2025 and thereafter, has given a representation on 24.03.2025 seeking disposal of the application, dated 22.01.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite application having been made as early as in January 2025 and further representation also given on 24.03.2025, the respondents have not acted upon this.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey 2/4

based on the petitioner's application, dated 22.01.2025 and representation, dated 24.03.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
