ORDER

Seeking transfer transfer of investigation in the Crime registered in Crime No.11 of 2022 from the file of 3rd respondent police to any other agency, this petition has been filed.

2.The case of the petitioner is that his son, who was aged about 23 years, went out of the house stating that he would return soon. Thereafter, since he did not return to the home, search was made. While that being so, his son's friend called the petitioner through phone and stated that his son is hanging in the trees in the campus of Primary Health Centre. Thereafter on information, a case in Crime No.11 of 2022 has been registered by the respondent under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Thereafter, on suspicion against some of his son's friends, he requested the police to take action against them on the basis of the CCTV footage. So far, no action has been taken.

3.Therefore, on suspicion on the investigation made by the third respondent and suspicion against some of the friends of the deceased, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on in right way. There is no need to transfer the same at the present stage.

5.If find no reason to transfer the investigation at the present stage. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is sufficient, if higher authority is directed to monitor the investigation undertaken by the third respondent.

6.Let the investigation be completed by the third respondent under the direct supervision of District Superintendent of Police, Usilampatti and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
