ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 471 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard Ms.E.R.J.Muthulakshmi for the petitioner. 1/3

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 471 days.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Clerk Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within one week from today, failing which the petition stands dismissed without further notice to this Court.

5.On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the matter for admission in the usual course.
