O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents to produce her son namely Jeyashankar, aged about 30 years before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Karthikeya Venkitachalapathy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel would state that the petitioner's son, the detenu Jeyashankar was convicted by Malaysian Government for his overstay for the period of three months and after he is released from prison, deportation proceedings would be initiated by the first respondent. 3.In the light of above submission of the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
