Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action to recover the lands belong to the State Boodhan Board situated in Survey No.8, Vide Patta No.168 in Vanniyilanthanvayal Village, Oonaiyur Panchayat, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District and to allot the same to the landless poor people of the petitioner's village. O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to recover the land belonging to the State Boodhan Board and allot the same to the landless poor people.

2. The allottees, who are now in possession of the land, are not parties to the Writ Petition. It would not be possible to issue a Writ of Mandamus for recovery of the land without the association of those who are in possession of the land as on today. We, therefore, dismiss the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive Writ Petition after impleading all the necessary parties. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
