2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 523 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai on 23.08.2021 and it is yet to be taken cognizance.
