ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner wants action to be taken against the fourth respondent.
3.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. It appears that there was a scuffle between the petitioner on the one hand and the staff of the fourth respondent on the other. It is open to the petitioner to prosecute the fourth respondent, if so advised. The question of directing the Food Safety Officer to take cognizance of the incident and take action does not arise at all. 2/4
4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to proceed against the persons who assaulted him, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
