This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent pertaining to the property situated at Chinthalavadi Village, Krishnarayapuram Sub Registrar, Krishnarayapuram Post, Karur, Karur District.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.11 of 2020, on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9450 of 2020 third respondent Police, in which, the petitioners herein are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 (i) and 120 (b) of I.P.C.

3. Now on considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), once the regular First Information Report has been registered against the petitioners, the question of harassment does not arise and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
