149/14 to an extent of 5.3/8 cent situate at Bharathi Nagar, South Singampunari Town, 5th Ward, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District.

ORDER

The petitioner's grievance is that despite the petitioner having been issued patta in Patta No.6562 and the same was reflected as 10-1 patta in the website, now the said entry is no longer available in the digital platform and the earlier position stands restored. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation for uploading the name of the petitioner in the digital platform, thereby, reflecting the petitioner's patta number 6562.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, it would suffice to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 and pass final orders regarding the uploading of the petitioner's name in the Patta (digital platform) Website. The said exercise shall be carried out within a 2/4

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
