O R D E R

This revision is filed against the order dated 18.03.2016 made in I.A.No.158 of 2015 in O.S.No.14 of 2015 on the file of the SubCourt, Padmanabhapuram. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the revision petition, the Commissioner inspected the suit property and also fixed boundaries.

3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Commissioner has not filed his report so far and he would agitate his claim before the trial Court with regard to the non issuance of notice to the petitioner, before making inspection of the property.

4.In view of the above said submissions, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P is also closed.
