PRAYER IN Review Aplc(MD)SR.No.30575 of 2020: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to review the order passed in WA(MD)No.1544 of 2018 dated 13.06.2019 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.

BASKARAN, Additional Advocate General for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 417 days in filing the review as against the order passed by this Court in W.A (MD)no.1544 of 2018 dated 13.06.2019.

2. The petitioner has stated that the original copy of the order received by the petitioner was misplaced by the Clerk attached to the office of the petitioner and that the delay was on account of time spent for searching the papers. Though the formal explanation is not appealing to this Court, the reasons stated cannot be neglected or ignored unless there is a doubt.

3. Despite notice sent long back, no one is present to represent the case of the contesting respondents. Hence, this Court allows this petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today.

4. On complying with the above said condition, the Registry is directed to number the review application if the papers are otherwise in order.
