This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioners and their family members' life and limp, on the basis of their representation dated 26.08.2020. 2.Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL OP(MD)No.9745 of 2020 on instructions, would submit that upon the representation dated 26.08.2020, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.G2/24558/2020, dated 28.08.2020 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. Further, if necessary, the second respondent Police is ready to give necessary police protection to the petitioner.

3. Hence, recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
