ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2018.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 12.07.2018 before the second respondent. Since, no further action has been taken on the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the said complaint was closed as false and also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court.

to approach the concerned Civil Court to seek his remedy, under the provisions of law.
