PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order to call for the entire records relating to Crime No.653 of 2022 dated 17.09.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent / complainant police and to quash the same as illegal and devoid of merits.

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records relating to Crime No.653 of 2022 dated 17.09.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent / complainant police and to quash the same as illegal and devoid of merits.
2.The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.653 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences punishable under Section 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and Sections 419 & 420 of IPC. Seeking quashment of the same, this petition has been filed on various grounds.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed in this case and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai through e-filing. Now the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.4387 of 2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government 2/4
Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, to process the above said final report, within the time stipulated as per Rules. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved by the contents of the final report.
5.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
