ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, on 20.03.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the property originally belonged to her father-in-law and the patta was also granted in his favour in patta No.774. After his life time, the petitioner's husband became the owner of the property. He executed a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner, on 04.02.2021, which was registered as document No.212/2021.
3.The petitioner thereafter, made an online application to the respondent, on 20.03.2021, seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since, the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

W.P.(MD).No.11350 of 2021 4.Heard Mr.D.Haroon Basheed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and the circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner, on 20.03.2021 and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
7.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
