The petitioner, based on a registered sale deed and mutation of patta in her favour, has sought for survey to be conducted.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's survey application, dated 03.03.2025 followed up with a representation, dated 26.03.2025 and pass orders, after putting on notice the petitioner and any other interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be open to the 1st respondent to seek assistance of the jurisdictional police officials in the event of 2/4

the 1st respondent apprehending any breach of law and order at the time of survey.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
