O R D E R
The petitioner seeks a direction to learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.191 of 2009 at an early date.
2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondents / plaintiffs obtained an ex parte decree on 26.07.2011 by showing wrong address of the petitioner. Thereafter, on the application of the petitioner, such ex parte decree was set aside. Since then, the respondents have not evinced interest in conduct of the suit.
3.The suit has been repeatedly adjourned from 01.10.2015 for the purpose of trial, finally stands posted to 05.07.2016. 4.Considering the submissions, without stating anything on the merits of the case, this Court directs the court below to dispose of the suit O.S.No.191 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
