Respondent/Defendant (in both CRP) PRAYER: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order, dated 02.09.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.112 and 113 of 2015 in O.S.No.117 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif's Court, Tirunelveli and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.
For Petitioner : Mr.M.Saravanan for Mr.R.Subramanian For Respondent : Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai COMMON ORDER The plaintiff in O.S.No.117 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, is the revision petitioner in both the Civil Revision Petitions. It is a suit for bare injunction. The present applications for reopening and for comparison of the signature of the defendant in the disputed document were taken out when the matter was posted for arguments after closing the evidence on either side.
2.Taking into account the belated nature of the applications, the Court below dismissed the said applications. This Court is of the view that this being a suit for bare injunction, the exercise sought to be undertaken by the revision petitioner is wholly unnecessary. In this view of the matter, both the impugned orders are sustained.

3.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
