Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from interfering in the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the shop at door No.246, 1st floor, Allwin Complex, Jawahar Bazaar, Karur.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that when a suit is pending between the petitioner and the second respondent, the first respondent is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, he has come forward with this present Writ Petition.

2. However, when the matter is taken-up for hearing, on instruction, the learned Government Advocate submitted that, the first respondent is not at all interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. The Inspector of Police is also present in the Court today.

3. In view of the specific stand of the first respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner as well

as the second respondent to resolve their dispute before the Civil Court and work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Needless to say that the police has no say in the matter of Civil proceedings. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
