Civil Revision Petition are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal made in I.A.No.828 of 2017 in O.S.No.595 of 2008 dated 26.03.2018and I.A.No.190 of 2014 in O.S.No.595 of 2008 dated 09.02.2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul respectively.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing that earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide letter in D.No.12026/2018 dated 11.12.2018 and appeared of M/S.H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.G.SHANKAR GANESH Advocate for the Respondents, this court made the following order:- The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.The learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, seeks time for a period of two months to dispose the suit in O.S.No.595 of 2008.

3.Time is extended for a period of two months and the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, is directed to complete the the trial and dispose the suit in O.S.No.595 of 2008, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the trial Court immediately.
