ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of IPC, in Crime No.277 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that totally there are four accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A-2. The petitioner said to have stolen two wheeler belongs to the defacto complainant. Hence, a complaint has been registered.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)appearing for the respondent police would submit that he petitioner is a habitual offender and there are two previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
