ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse compensation along with interest for the acquired land in Survey No.131/1B, measuring an extent of 30 sq. meters, and Survey No.131/2, measuring an extent of 350 sq. meters, situated at Nagercoil, Agatheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, by following the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.J3/1737/2019 dated 21.03.2022, issued by the third respondent, and to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.05.2022, 13.07.2022, 31.01.2023 and 13.02.2023, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 submitted that the compensation, which was arrived at earlier, as well as the enhanced compensation, had already been paid to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is now claiming compensation for certain additional lands, for which, no documents have been provided. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that if the petitioner furnishes all the necessary documents in support of his claim, the same would be considered and his representations would be disposed of by the respondents 1 and 3 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
