Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to initiate appropriate enquiry proceedings against the respondents 4 to 6 herein after issuing prior notice to petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 6 herein by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2014 and to cancel the registered sale deed which was executed by the petitioner in favour of 4th respondent in the office of the 3rd Respondent on 23.07.2014 in Doc.No.1143 of 2014 dated 16.07.2014.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2014, related to cancellation of sale deeds.

2. Mr.TR.Janardhanan, learned Addl.Govt. Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the representation dated 28.04.2014, as per law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 28.04.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
