ORDER

****** (Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) One Packialakshmi, the petitioner herein, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her daughter, namely Pandichinnathai @ Keerthana, aged about 19 years, was found missing from 22.06.2016. Hence, she has given a complaint to the second respondent on 26.06.2016 and a case has been registered in Crime No.112 of 2016 as woman missing case on the same day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing today, the detenu was produced before this Court along with one Govindaraj. On enquiry, she has stated that she married the said Govindaraj, the third respondent herein and she wants to live only with the third respondent and is not willing to go with her mother, the petitioner herein.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
