O R D E R

By way of this revision, the petitioner seeks early disposal of Insolvency petition moved by the respondent in I.P.No. 4 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Court, Pudukottai.

2. The petitioner informs that he was an employee of the respondent and having suffered an accident, he filed W.C.No.86 of 2008, wherein, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Trichy, has awarded a sum of Rs.4,19,462/-in compensation. Such order having been passed on 18.08.2011. The respondent had sold his property to his uncle on 28.10.2011. I.P.No.4 of 2012 had been moved on 15.10.2012 towards defeating the claim of the petitioner. Under orders dated 02.03.2015, the Workmen Compensation Commissioner, Trichirappalli in his proceedings No. A5/7665/13 directed the District Collector, Pudukkottai to take appropriate action under the Revenue Recovery Act. The petitioner submits that due to the accident which took place on 18.06.2004, he had suffered injuries to the spinal card, resulting in 80% permanent disability. The petitioner was aged 24 years at the time of accident and a grim future lies ahead of him. The petitioner submits that I.P.No.4 of 2012 preferred by the respondent is a vexatious and false petition.

3. Considering the above, this Court would direct the court below to dispose I.P.No.4 of 2012 on or before 29.07.2016 without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
