Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to survey measure and fix the boundary stones in Petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.97/11 B measuring an extent of 3 1/2 cents situated at Maitanpatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The petitioner come forward with this Writ Petition directing the respondents to fix the boundary for the lands owned by him.

2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner, as per law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
