O R D E R

By way of this revision, the petitioner seeks early disposal of O.S.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.NO.24 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Trichirappalli wherein she has sought declaration that her certificate of marriage is null and void and not binding on her.

3. It is seen that the defendant had been set ex-parte and an application moved by him in I.A.No.1 of 2016 towards setting aside the same was allowed on 28.01.2016. Subsequently, issues have been framed on 14.03.2016. It is seen that the court below has directed the matter to be included in the fair list. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the circumstances, this Court would direct the court below to dispose O.S.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the

Family Court, Tiruchirappalli as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
