This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records relating to the FIR registered in Crime No.36 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the first information report against the petitioners herein. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of Crime No.36 of 2019, the first respondent herein completed the investigation and filed a final report on 15.07.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul West.
