Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 283/ 2022 :

To call for the entire records relating to the Judgment dt.9/9/2020 made in CA No.89/2018 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai by confirming the Judgment dt.9/3/2018 made in STC No.232/2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II(FTC),Madurai and set aside the same by allowing the present criminal revision petition and to acquit the petitioner. ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 27.06.2022 and the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai vide letter in D.No.796/2022, dated 04/07/2022 and MR.P.KRISHNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of None appeared either in person or by an advocate for the respondent, and this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3729 of 2022 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.283 of 2022, dated 22.03.2022.

2.In pursuance of the order of this Court, dated 27.06.2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai, has sent a letter, dated 04.07.2022, stating that the petitioner appeared before that Court daily at 10.30 am from 27.05.2022 to till 01.07.2022.

3. There is no representation for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
